研华PCI-1245V-AE，是一款4轴PCI接口DSP架构加值版脉冲型运动控制卡，专为需要控制插补、多轴同步和连续轮廓的应用而设计。PCI-1245V 利用高性能 DSP 和 FPGA 计算运动轨迹、多轴同步时序控制和输入/输出处理，以提供线性插补、2/3 轴圆弧插补、比较触发、T /S曲线加减速率等。此外，研华提供 Common Motion API 库、图形实用程序和用户友好的示例，以减少编程负担，帮助用户轻松完成配置和诊断。

  • 4xAB 模式的编码器输入为 10 MHz，CW/CCW 模式的编码器输入为 2.5 MHz

  • 脉冲输出高达 5 Mpps

  • 支持直线和圆弧插补

  • 硬件紧急输入

  • DSP设计的轨迹规划内存缓冲区（10K点）（不支持自动混合）

  • 位置比较触发高达 100 KHz，内存缓冲区在 DSP 中高达 100 K 点

  • RDY/LTC 专用输入通道和 SVON/CMP/CAM-DO/ERC 专用输出通道可切换用于一般输入和输出用途
