The RS-200-RPA-E series are compact 2U rackmount systems that provide flexible and suitable solutions for ISPs, telecommunication, Industrial Automation, VOD and space constrained data centers. The RS-200-RPA-E is comprised of Advantech’s in-house designed server, which supports single or dual Intel Xeon processors up to 3.6 GHz , with up to 16 GB of registered ECC DDR2 400 memory and 800MHz FSB. The RS-200-RPA-E with the Intel E7520 chipset, supports PCI-X bus at 64-bit/66/100/133 MHz, and comes with three PCI-X expansion slots, or two PCI-Express 8x slots. Designed to be easily configurable, the RS-200-RPA-E includes eight hot-swappable SATA storage devices, compact floppy disk drive, and CD-ROM drive. Complete I/O functions include: Intel dual Gigabit Ethernet controllers, with support for 10/100/1000Base-T through RJ-45 connectors. The system cooling fans provide superior ventilation and thermal performance. An alarm function detects chassis temperature, while LANs, HDDs and power failure warnings display on LED indicators on the front panel. The optional IPMI 2.0 management module enables remote hardware and power on/off monitoring.
